This month’s team member is Starann Duckworth VanNatter. She is Aspen’s full-time safety director and risk management coordinator. What does that mean? Well, it means Starann keeps us all safe on the job, no matter how far away that is from our home base. Many companies don’t have a full-time person in this role, but Aspen is a cutting-edge company!
Starann performs pre-construction planning, job site inspections, and keeps our managers aware of various safety topics in her “Tailgate Topics.”
She has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to be around, but is also absolutely no-nonsense when it comes to the safety of Aspen employees.
